New HBV Diagnostic Products Released in China

Beijing Pason Pharmaceuticals Inc. proudly announced that INNO-LiPA HBV DR v2 and INNO-LiPA HBV Genotyping diagnostic kits had been approved by SFDA for clinical use in China. The products are manufactured by Innogenetics N.V. in Belgium and Beijing Pason Pharmaceuticals Inc., which is the exclusive distributor for the products in China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.

INNO-LiPA HBV DR v2 and INNO-LiPA HBV Genotyping kits are innovative and standardized tools for hepatitis B patient monitoring, and the testing could assist physicians in diagnostic and treatment. The application of INNO-LiPA HBV DR v2 and INNO-LiPA HBV Genotyping tests in routine clinical work in China will not only benefit the patients and physicians, but also decrease the medical expenditures on the misuse of anti-HBV drugs.

Beijing Pason Pharmaceuticals Inc. will officially start nationwide sales of INNO-LiPA HBV DR v2 and HBV Genotyping kits in China in October of 2010.
